• Question: how do you keep yourself healthy and fit when there is loads of tempting foods?

      It can be difficult – I really find exercise important – not just for my body but for my brain too so I try and find time to do that as often as I can. With foods, I try and limit what I eat of unhealthy foods and challenge myself sometimes to give something up. I might go for a month without eating chocolate just to prove to myself that I can. I like having challenges so that is a good way to control the temptation.
