Question: What’s the most challenging thing you have done in your career?

In my job I often have to give presentations to big groups of people. Sometimes I have to present results back to athletes which means showing them that they might not be performing as well as they can so that can be a challenge to find a way to keep them motivated. Also just walking into a room full of (usually) male athletes and making sure they listen and respect me can be a bit challenge!
