      I can try!!
So when you play sport you have to make lots of decisions – who to pass to, when to shoot, how to beat a defender etc. A player would make most of these decisions based on information they get through their eyes and process in their brain. Now the eyes and brain work in a similar way to other muscles in your body in that they adapt to the stress and strain you put them under. So an athlete might work with a fitness coach or a strength coach to make their leg and arm muscles stronger – they would work with me to make their eyes and brain work better.
Hope that makes more sense now?
